“Antea Terra” is a new apartment, renovated in 2021. It is located right at the level of the beach, compared to the small street of Via Pianosa, it is level -1. The whole building is new, and the apartment is presented in a prestigious setting, 20 meters from the sea, in a central but very quiet neighborhood.
Within walking distance, there are two of the best restaurants and bathing establishments in San Vincenzo: La Perla del Mare and Il Bucaniere.
Right in front, however, the beach is free and in the house, at guests’ disposal, you will find an umbrella and beach towels.
