Living Caccia al Piano: The tour begins withan introduction to the region and the Bolgheri DOC and then continues with the history of Caccia al Piano.
From the Panoramic Tower you can admire the landscape of the enchanting Bolgheri natural amphitheater understaning the features of our terroir and production philosophy. You will then discover the hear to f the Estate, our Barricaia.
An emotional journey that will end with the tasting of our EVO oil and the 4 most representative wines of the estate: the Spumante Cap Rosè ,the Bolgheri DOC Bianco Lungo costa, the Bolgheri DOC Rosso Ruit Hora and the Bolgheri DOC Superiore Caccia al Piano.

A journey to the roots of the estate, a unique experience discovering the history of Caccia al Piano. The guided tour will take you to our historic cellar: once a wine-making location, these rooms are now dedicated to jealously guardingall the vintages produced in Caccia al Piano. We will welcome you with a glass of our CaP Rosè Spumante. The visit is crowned by an extraordinary tasting of 3 vintages of Bolgheri DOC Superiore Caccia al Piano accompanied by our EVO oil. An unforgettable experience for true enthusiasts, discovering the exceptional ageing potential of our most representative wine.

Exclusive

An emotional journey to discover our most prestigious vineyard. It all begins with a visit to the most iconic cru of the estate: the San Biagio vineyard, 12 hectares located approximately 200 meters above sea level. From here you can have a 360° view of Bolgheri, from the hills to the sea. The tour ends in the cellar with a visit to the winemaking and aging rooms. The tasting will begin with the 3 most representative wines and will then be completed with the Bolgheri DOC Superiore Caccia al Piano, offered for you in an exclusive vertical tasting of four vintages including the preview tasting of the new vintage.
