PICNIC IN THE VINEYARD

You’ll wander freely through the vineyards, enjoying our typical products, which you’ll find in the refrigerated backpack we’ll give you at the start of the tour. The educational walk will reveal, stage by stage, all the secrets of this enchanted ecosystem, where the silence is broken only by the whistle of the wind or the neighing of our horses.
By reservation, you can choose to visit our cellar to discover the fermentation and aging processes accompanied by a guide.

DISCOVERING BIOINTEGRALE

You’ll hear about the Biointegrale philosophy as you wander through the vegetable garden and the heirloom fruit orchard, before reaching the panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards. We’ll descend into the cellar to continue the tour, learning about the fermentation and aging processes.
We’ll visit the charming barrel cellar before concluding the tour in our dedicated room to taste three Casadei Biointegrale wines paired with select local
products.

CARRIAGE TOUR

You will visit the Estate by carriage
pulled by Ursula or Ulisse. Our workhorses, who help us with our vineyard work, will accompany you through the various educational stages where you will learn how the Biointegrale philosophy informs all our choices.
The guided tour will continue in the
cellar, the amphora room, and the evocative barrel room, to discover the fermentation and aging processes. It will then conclude in our dedicated room for a tasting of four Casadei Biointegrale wines accompanied by selected local products.
